ABOUT US
Cynnal
Cynnal is a free confidential counselling service available throughout Wales for all members of the Clergy, Ministers of Religion, Christian Workers and their families. With Cynnal you can be assured that our support team is not only friendly and bilingual but also qualified to help you.
We'll treat each case as unique
Over time, and on a case-by-case basis, Cynnal, the newly constituted Churches' Counselling Service for Wales, will build up a nationwide network of accredited generic and addictions counsellors to help address any issues you might have in your own localities.
Cynnal’s governance is overseen by the Council on Alcohol and Other Drugs Board
of Trustee's and an Advisory Panel that meets twice yearly to review the service and advise accordingly.

HOLISTIC APPROACH
At Cynnal we take a holistic view of the individual as body, mind and spirit. We recognise the spiritual dimension of life and, where appropriate, we’ll refer on to others who can provide spiritual advice.
Our roots in Welsh faith
Cynnal is ideally suited to address such issues, we have our roots in Welsh faith communities. Moreover, what we do on a daily basis is provide spiritual solutions to spiritual problems whilst addressing in a practical way the unmanageability that these problems cause in our day-to-day living.
Confidentiality assured
Your confidentiality is assured at all times.
